Jerry was very precise in making sure the containment of my kitchen was tight and no mold spores escaped to further affect me as I had been very sick for months with no clue as to what was causing my issues. Jerry & Christine Davis and their team were a breeze to work with. I couldn't have asked for a smoother mold remediation! While I was 38weeks pregnant and on a time crunch before the baby arrived, they came in and remedied perfectly. There was more work than anticipated but they got everything done without pushing out the timeline. They were professional and prompt and even helped us manage our payments due to the family events going on. We passed our mold inspection with flying colors! I would absolutely use them again, and recommend to a friend! Hard to find good dependable business these days- and this company put customer service first!

Came out in the middle of the night because of flood water. Was here in less than 1 hour! Jerry came in and took control! Assessed the situation and made the necessary moves to save my house from being gutted. Finely dressed and in control he saved me thousands of dollars, and did everything knowing I had NO insurance! I cannot recommend them enough!!!!! His team is AWESOME and will do EXACTLY what they tell you!

From the start to the completion of the mold remediation work at our home, I can definitively say the experience was exceptional with top notch results. Paul Davis (Jerry in particular) took the time to explain to me in detail the remediation/claims process and answered any and all of my questions. Jerry was transparent in explaining the damages and any additional costs. Both Jerry and Sam were cordial and took time to get to know me and my family and share their background and experiences. Being friendly and cordial in the midst of a stressful insurance claim really helped make the most of a difficult situation. Finally, Jerry and Sam were thorough, precise, and experts of their craft which resulted in top notch results. Thank you guys for helping us during this difficult situation. I learned a lot and will definitely use Paul Davis (Jerry in particular) in the future if needed.

I highly recommend Jerry Davis of Paul Davis Emergency Services of Rockwall. He came to my rescue after my home suffered significant damage from the Dec. 26 Rowlett tornado. He and his crews did the water remediation (there were torrential rains the day after the tornado hit.) Not only did he have crews who handled the wet drywall, insulation, wet carpet and roof damage, but his crews cleaned up all the debris that was piled on the street. He and his men respond quickly to requests. A true professional.
